Stability and Change: Kinetics and Equilibrium and On-Line Simulation
A new simulation helps students understand what dynamic equilibrium is and the role played by kinetic rate constants. Students understand the meaning of dynamic equilibrium after using this simulation and can apply its messages to more complex chemical reactions. The web-based simulation is written in HTML5 and can be used on any mobile device as well as computers.

Patterns: Periodic Table Trends
In a new on-line simulation, you are asked to sort atoms of different elements onto a periodic table - one block at a time to discover a variety of periodic trends. This web-based simulation is written in HTML5 and can be used on any mobile device. Once complete, you can download or print a "certificate of completion". After using this simulation, students are able to remember the pattern of valence electrons from the periodic table position and use this information for a variety of exercises including writing Lewis Structures.
